Our friend Scott Summers was a long-time Stillwater resident and a 1983 graduate of Oklahoma State University. He was an outstanding high school athlete at C.E. Donart in Stillwater and is remembered as "one of the fastest runners you ever saw." Among his many crowning achievements was winning the Best Legs contest his senior year!
Scott lost his battle with cystic fibrosis on December 3, 2011 but he fought the good fight, kept the faith, and finished the race in style. His determination to excel despite many obstacles truly serves as an inspiration to us all.
